so they could easily put the phone number on a new poster without those key words, but include a photo of an indigenous woman or something like that. It sounds stupid because it is. But compliance is one way to make sure women can still learn about the resources available.

Unless the resources were also federally funded, and Musk decided it was fraud waste and abuse.
