32. I've always wondered

What exactly they stopped. It was obvious they stopped something specific, but we never heard what it was. I know they shut down a bunch of Russian "troll farms", but there was some specific plan that Russia had. Wonder what exactly it was. Trump know because it made him mad. But The Biden administration never "went there" and told us.
