38. Schumer needs to tell (as in order) his caucus not to vote for the CR.

He needs to make it clear that if any Democrat (I'm talking to you Fedderman) votes for the CR, he will put them in purgatory and remove them from their committee assignments.

If he can't accomplish this he needs to go down the road. IMHO he needs to go no matter what happens.
