So there wasn’t an actual victim in this case. Probably not his first time, though — so there could be victims out there.
As has been pointed out elsewhere in this thread, the age of consent in Minnesota is 16 IF the other party is 24 or fewer months older than the 16-year-old, so as a 40-year-old, this creep had no business soliciting sex with this imaginary teen, paid or otherwise. Obviously, even Trump-humpers will find his behavior unacceptable, so hopefully he’s washed up politically.
