2. Judicial activism is just fine and dandy when the court pulls newly-invented "rules"

out of its collective ass that allow a state to stop counting ballots when they get the win they wanted (Bush v. Gore); or that unlimited secret donations to candidates are constitutionally-protected speech (Citizens United); that women don't have the right to autonomy over their bodies (Dobbs v. Jackson); and that a president can commit crimes in office with almost complete impunity (Trump v. U.S.). Activism is bad only when the court upholds existing laws that MAGA doesn't like.
