7. I thought I saw the EO referred to the states turning over UI records to the federal government

TO be absolutely clear: UI records belong to the states and the federal government has zero authority to compel states to turn over ANY state owned data to them. That did really bother me when I first saw it and apparently that is part of what Josh Marshall finds so disturbing. I totally agree with him.
