I heard this back in his "Apprentice" days.

Trump and a woman enter an elevator. The woman says, "Mr. Trump, if I press the button, the elevator will stop and I can give you a fantastic blow job."

He considers this for a moment and then asks,"Sounds interesting, but what do I get out of it?"
