This is how you rally the electorate. Challenge Republicans in the House to stand up like the 4 did in the Senate. There isn't a down side to this, even if we lose, we win. Besides, we're going to need Republicans to stand up to Trump at some point.
Blocking tariffs is a very popular rallying point with citizens of all parties, and is a good starting point in generating majorities to reign in Trump's imperial presidency.

There is a path. There is a need for Republicans who want their legislative power back to be involved, however.
