Reality Check [View all]

Most Americans don't even know anything is happening. I've talked to a couple of people in the last couple of days, neighbors, they had no idea what I was talking about. They don't watch the news. In fact if it isn't a reality TV show or murder documentary, they have no idea.
Even of those that do know don't understand what it all means so they mostly tune it out.

People like us are "hair on fire" right now but a large portion of the country has barely even noticed or don't understand why it matters or figure someone will come along and just fix it. That is the real challenge: reaching people and making them understand why it should matter to them.
