I feel alone in my neighborhood. This is a below middle class neighborhood and the people who live around here have everything to lose. My poor sweet neighbor, who went to college at 58 yrs old, while holding down a full time job, to become a LMHP (LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER, recently graduated) told me to get some counseling and stop watching the news. She said she has faith that everything will work out. 😲. Another neighbor, 40 something, grew up down the street, didn't vote because they don't think it matters who you vote for and they are all liars who can't be believed. I think, this time it mattered. I haven't asked them if they have had a change of heart because I would lose my cool if they said, no.
