from the Wired pub, if I am not mistaken with descriptions of abnormal events surrounding election day that were clues in how manipulations took place...
And I agree with yes, it was stolen. It would take a mastermind follow-up and study to validate the clues and unravel the events.
Proving something like that would be difficult, and it will not happen at this time unless we have protections. The tabulations were changed at the state level, and unfolding those counts... omg...
