You are conflating voicing my concerns to my party with "blaming" them for what is happening. No one is "blaming" the Democrats, but as a Democrat, I'm letting them know I want those speaking out to continue to do so, and those who aren't to start speaking out.
People urged their representatives to speak out against Jim Crow during the Civil Rights movement. They didn't waste time thinking "why do I have to go down to the South and protest? The people living in those states should be doing that!"
I will add that I am extremely angry and frustrated with the Republicans, as they are the ones who have the power right now to stop Trump, but they aren't. Worse, they are echoing his lies! But I've gotten to the point where that anger and frustration is making me feel helpless and exhausted, it's fruitless. This isn't about a "pass" or blame; history will judge that, this is about taking action and rising up.
