also setup various checkpoints throughout cities and town and have ICE pull over truck drivers to do the "English" tests.

Just an asinine policy. There is no official language of the US. As long as they can pass their CDL and associated road/safety tests, Don the Con shouldn't have any say on it.

(note: I know nothing about trucking, so this is just all my opinion based on my life experiences)
