Jake Tapper, who hosted that segment, has a book on Biden coming out. The book is about how Biden's team supposedly covered up his decline.

The segment was about Biden's interview today, and Tapper was going over it with a former Trump administration official. They were picking apart the interview for signs of decline. Halfway through the segment Tapper actually plugged his book.

The viewer is supposed to believe that this is honest reporting.

Meanwhile the current president of the United States barely seems to know where he is or who he's talking to.
