I was trying to summarize what Brendan Boyle and Lawrence were saying...but was struggling, because it is above my pay grade. They explained there is a link from extensive Medicaid cuts which leads to Medicare cuts as well...and something called Pay Go is involved.

I expect some sophisticated print media will try and explain it to us.
