nor my gynecologist would accept them because of poor reimbursement rates. My pulmonary said he did a full physical with bloodwork on a patient, and UH wanted to pay $99. PS This was in Los Angeles.

My Medicare Part B increased 5.90% while my Medicare Supplement increased 6.58%.
