They lie with a confident grin,
Get folks to believe from within.
When truth comes to light,
They still swear they're right—
Pride won't let them admit it's a sin.

They swindle with brazen delight,
Sell poison as moral and right.
When truth breaks the spell,
They’ll march into hell,
Still claiming their cause is in sight.

They’re duped by a carnival show,
Then swear it’s the best way to go.
Though facts intervene,
They’ll still say, “It’s clean!”
While sinking in lies toe to toe.
