I have not heard a word from my cousins in the City of Ruidoso, NM (FLASH FLOOD) UPDATE [View all]

UPDATE: Everybody including the animals are safe. That is all the info they want me to share at this point.

No email. No calls. We have left voice mail. They live near the river that usually looks like a creek.
