Jenn Budd a former DHS and CBP agent suggests openly mocking them. Humiliate them and make the job psychologically hurt.

These folks see themselves as warrior types and the best way to defang them is to shame them - call them Nazis, small dicks, collaborators etc which additionally makes the job look less attractive to potential recruits.
