Last September, the Second U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals' three judges upheld her conviction and sentence. I doubt the USSC will even hear her appeal. It seems so unlikely, that her brother send the 50th birthday book to the WSJ, as a "hint" to the felon that if he fails to either reduce her sentence or pardon her, there is more to come. Note that the administration's reaction was to have the felon's lawyer, disguised as #2 at the DOJ, set up the meetings with her to talk shop. It is worth noting that he is a good friend of her attorney.
