Even if Mr. Small Testicles had not been out of his mother's basement before he came to DC to steal our data, oops, I mean eliminate fraud, hasn't he ever seen any movies?

And how did the story change? If he was protecting his SO, who made up the original report about him going to rescue a stranger, a woman in trouble? Was it the police? A writer or editor?
