Elena, Ketanji, and Sonia are in a no-win situation these days. They can and do write eloquent dissents that express what's wrong with the terrible decisions made by the others, but they are too outnumbered to be able to stop the insanity. I can't imagine how frustrating It must be.
I just hope to God they all stay healthy enough to hold on until there's a Democrat in the White House again.
