Trump is not omnipotent, and the states and the people are not powerless.

In which cities would Trump be able to scare enough Democrats from voting, leaving only brave Republicans to vote and therefore win the elections?

Portland?
San Francisco?
Chicago?
Boston?

You haven’t thought this through- this strategy might work in close gubernatorial or senate races, but not for congress, and it’s the house Trump is most afraid of losing, and the Dems are most likely to win.
