So those who are opposed to DEI are in favor of having a monoculture with no diversity, and want an individual's rights to be unequal and also want to exclude those "others" who don't look or behave like them. But who decides all of this? By now, a majority of people are so racially and culturally blended that it is pointless to pursue such a policy of us vs them. Diversity is a basic rule of biology since it leads to more chances for survival of the human species. So it is also suicidal to promote these policies.
