I've been reading a biography of Napoleon, and been learning for the first time what a truly horrible despot he was -- his boundless narcissism was well recorded by history, but Trmp seems to be matching him in that regard.

(BTW, don't blame Pius VII for giving in to pressure to crown NB Emperor -- Pius VI's death in one of Napoleon's prisons was all the persuasion it took. It didn't keep Pius VII out of jail forever, either. Like I said -- a truly horrible despot.)
