2. Personally I have long suspected that the Estate does not have the latitude to release whatever they want to

And I've yet to see any solid proof they are NOT muzzled in some way by the DoJ.

I even think it's possible that everything they actually HAVE was *first* confiscated by the DoJ, processed, then given back to them after the Maxwell prosecution. The Estate might not have everything there once was, and in some cases, not even realize that they don't have everything.

A good example is the supposed videos Epstein took of all the goings on. If the DOJ confiscated such videos for their intended Epstein prosecution circa 2019, which one would hope they did (if there were such things), it would be outright ILLEGAL for them to turn around and hand them back to the Estate. Right?

So, to me it's very possible the Estate has ONLY what the DoJ (and this probably would've been Biden's DoJ) decided they were allowed to have back. And anything they might release on their own now? They might be required to get DoJ clearance before they do so. I personally don't know of them addressing that particular supposition, so I think it's logical to presume they have limited, or no, latitude WRT what they put out there, since we lack proof otherwise.
