11. Battleships? Is the Navy really planning new battleships?

I'm no expert, but it's my understanding that battleships have long been obsolete. I do know that the most recent battleships built were those commissioned eighty years ago.

I wonder if maybe these battleships might only exist on paper. Maybe they're being shown to Trump to appease his ego, but won't actually be built.
