80. Do NOT miss that tram ride.

Years ago, my late wife and I took it, and had supper at the restaurant up top. It was dark when we descended, and as we crossed the almost empty, off-season parking lot to my Miata the local mob of raccoons spied us. Patty was terrified as the horde surrounded us, followed us to our vehicle, chittering and purring. I got to play heroic defender as I opened her door, only to have one of the brigands hop in after her...and onto her lap. Naturally, I scooped the beast up, gave it a good petting and offered it back to her to see if she'd like to pet it.
For some reason, she declined.
