How Australia got there. You need a big, brash left wing leader with incredible vision and a genuine love for people. It would help if the health system was not bearing the cost of gunshot wounds too.

Good luck - Obama did the best he could. I fear that too many US citizens (magats) resent the idea of helping sick people.
