THIS is why Trump put a total tool in charge of the USPS. He and Miller knew there would come a time when they really had to prevent ballots from being counted.

Official county drop off boxes, particularly the ones inside official buildings.
Some of us in our county, where supervisors try to stop our ballots from being counted in state totals by refusing to do lawful required duty to certify the vote count, have considered doing motorcade drives en masse to the county building where our county recorder's office is. It would work with lots of retirees who have the time during business hours. Especially effective if we get some of the local TV station reporters to come along. (so, make it a point to be on your local station's reporters radar, give em scoops so they will take your calls)
