9. I don't doubt that a lot of Cuban emigres are hoping for a US invasion

and thinking that the island Cubans will welcome them back as patriots and liberators. While I’m not thrilled to pieces by Cuba’s current regime, I suspect that the right-wing Cuban emigres vaping this fever dream are at least as likely to be remembered unfondly as the French remember the Vichyites and collaborators from the German occupation during World War II.
