If you click on the username on YouTube, you will see that all of the video thumbnails are identical. That is a reliable indicator of fake, clickbait posts. To report a user on Youtube, click on the username, then on more, and finally on the Report user button. When reporting, mention any evidence (identical thumbnails, not a known posting method for Ms. Maddow, any signs of a deep fake, etc.)
