For Fiscal Year (FY) 2025, the U.S. military saw a strong recruitment rebound, with most services meeting or exceeding their goals, with the Army achieving 101.72% (62,050 recruits), the Navy 108.61% (44,096), Air Force 100.22% (30,166), Space Force 102.89% (819), and Marine Corps 100% (26,600), marking the best numbers in years

It’s been stated that when the economy sucks, more people tend to fall back on the military for jobs.
Hard to tell what the overall trend really is.
You would have to be *very* desperate to join today’s military with no idea what kind of fate trumph has in store for you !
