He is an immoral and unprincipled political figure who is not bound by any laws or social standards. He is a malevolent narcissist. He is willing to do whatever it takes to gain "power" but that does not make him a leader of people. It makes him a leader of criminals.

He lies, cheats, and steals like other people breathe. It is part of his being. It's much like saying "Hitler was a great man". It is disservice to humanity to call either of them a "man".
