Lack of training or proper supervision as well as any evidence this person has the mental capacity and the psychological makeup to handle complex interactions in a professional manner. I’m sure willingness to do violence and an abiding hatred of “WOKE” and fealty to a Tyrant was all the resume they needed. Unqualified and unprincipled is the demographic they are sifting for.
I’m sure they DID get a chalk-talk about ”Warrior Ethos" and Masculine Superiority and pumped-full of hate speech and bravado. You know, “The Sayings Of Secretary Of DEFENCE" Shit-For Brains, to the beat of chest-thumping.
Toxic Masculinity writ in Spades, literally.
And KKKristi she’s their poster-child for Equal Rights. Women CAN be just as Evil and Deplorable as the Worst Toxic Male.
