There were at least a dozen witnesses, plus several reliable people filmed the incident with their cellphones or by a camera on their car. There really isn't a whole lot for a jury to decide on. It was plainly murder, 1st degree.

I believe Kristi Noem needs to be charged too, at least as an accessory. Lock them up!
