That means it has to be people who are strongly against where Trump is taking the country and willing to sacrifice their political future. The problem is many decent Republicans left in his first term and others left or were pushed out after voting for impeachment the first time

This means all we have left are new representatives and people who voted against impeachment after January 6 which they saw with their own eyes. So, of the latter group I wonder if there are any with buyers regret.
