and POW John McCain, is the Hallmark of the yellow bellied draft dodging coward sissy snowflake of his and my generation.

He missed his chance to serve by his own choice, and when the draft dodging label came back to bite him, to make him look small (Oh gee...now I'm president and need to look like I love the smell of napalm in the morning, even thought I didn't serve) so the hat on his Adderall infused skull as an insult makes sense.
