I am mentioning what the Germans belatedly felt forced to do! There is no intent or likely issue to do any of that here, which is the substance of my comment. Only a discussion(which exists besides radical me,, and is only something more conceivably used against non-GOP parties) of how the GOP fits under the theoretical German categories(anti-,non-, constitutional). Googling shows they pretty much get a pass on 90% of what they do illegally. All except election fixing and legislating it! Our reactive legal limits of siccing the law on them for election fixing is pretty limited and usually moot time wise.

A minority owned by oligarchs has overthrown and cheapened the government beyond hope for Executive or Congressional correction currently. Since hope for a fair election is just that, I just think it fair to speculate IF such a treacherous policy against elections themselves had to run up against banishment from the ballot. You'd think I had the power to institute such a commission. A lot more lives are at stake than in WWII and our world systems are still shit.
