That fact has driven me crazy for years! When Republicans are in charge they pass everything they want while the Democrats whine about how "helpless" they are to do anything about it. But when the Demicrats are in charge the GOP somehow blocks everything the Dems want to do when they are in the minority! Why is that? I find it maddening!
