32. Have you ever worked for the federal government?

Held a security clearance?

I have.

And the idea of having ANY government communication related to your work or even associates from work arranging a meeting on a private email server could have landed me in prison. This point was stressed to me in no uncertain terms.

I carried two laptops, two cell phones and other assorted electronics when I traveled. One set for my job and one for my personal stuff. Never cross the streams. If someone contacted me about personal stuff on either my government cell or government email, the response was ALWAYS "please contact me at blah@email.com for anything other than official business" and vice versa. If I ever even said "hi" to a foreign national anywhere anytime... there was a contact form I had to fill out.

The rules were serious.

Hillary violated those rules. We can all look at the pestilence currently in the White House, the one that took top secret documents and stored them in a bath room at Mar-de-lardo. Yes he is much much worse than Hillary and should be in prison. But Hillary should have known better. Inconvenient... yeah... it sure is... but either we all follow the rules or get rid of the rules.
