the nuclear agreement was signed/approved by five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council--China, France, Russia, U.K., U.S.--plus Germany, the European Union, and of course Iran. I'm not sure that kind of broad approval will be possible again after one of the main signatories (U.S.) unilaterally withdrew from the agreement because a ridiculously incompetent racist felon wanted revenge by canceling a major achievement of a black guy who had once roasted him at a public dinner.
