I don't think the point is to recount. No elections are going to change and there is no valid chain of custody.

So what else could they be going for?

One answer is simply authoritarianism. They may simply want to terrorize the public. "We are watching you. We are looking at how you voted. We can do whatever we want. You cannot stop us."

My sense is that this is part of a bigger scheme. We already saw a similar pattern in 2024 when they got illegal access to election equipment in multiple locations, and this was clearly an effort to reverse engineer the election systems. This led to "Elon Musk knows more about the 'vote counting computers' than anybody in the world.", followed by what Musk, Theil, Starlink, and Palantir did. with that knowledge.

On he surface, these ballot grabs fit that same pattern and should not be ignored. We need to figure out what they are doing because it is clearly part of a scheme to tamper with the mid-terms one way or another.
