7. I'm less concerned about this case than I am about the GOP targeting people dumb/gullible about AI.

We have people even on DU who post AI Overviews and quotes telling us "what ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude/Grok said" as if that AI slop is worth reading and paying attention to as something that's accurate. No matter how often they're told that genAI chatbots aren't reliable sources, they still treat the bots as if they are.

That's why the start of this ad caught my attention. It's aimed at people who are particularly gullible if AI is cited as a source.

This is the first ad I've seen trying to take advantage of that bizarre gullibility from the very first words: "We asked AI..."
