It doesn't matter if invoking the 25th Amendment actually works or not, it does several things.

It keeps Krasnov's mental decline in the forefront.
It enrages Krasnov who will then perform more acts of mental instability.
It is good politically with an upcoming election.

It is absolutely the truth that Krasnov shows signs of his inability to be president.

Let Congressional Magats who are up for reelection defend not invoking the 25th Amendment.

Sitting back and doing nothing is a surefire losing strategy.

Stop giving Krasnov a pass every time he shows his mental disabilities, showcase them.
