You are certain that congressional Dems invoking the 25th amendment is the only way to win the midterms, but that’s not even how the amendment works.

You want Dems to be more aggressive “fighters” against Trump, but there is absolutely no evidence that your particular strategy would have the desired effect, only that it would make you feel better, that your outrage had been represented by congressional direct action.

Meanwhile, prices are still too high, wages too low, healthcare skyrocketing, data centers straining the power grids across the nation during record heat waves and sucking reservoirs dry.

Here’s an idea that empowers you to take direct action:

Buy some sunscreen, a wide brimmed hat and poster board.

Make a sign that says “25th amendment NOW!”

Go hold the sign on a nearby freeway overpass during rush hour.

Count the number of honks and thumbs up vs middle fingers.

The next day, return with a sign that says “Had Enough? VOTE!”
