10. Actually it's a demand for effective strategy, not performative rhetoric.

I hear you completely, and I do not question your support for the party or your desire to see Democrats fight hard against Trump's erratic behavior. We all want to see him held accountable.

Having said that, I should point out that there is a vast difference between effective political strategy and symbolic rhetoric.

Publicly demanding a constitutional process that our leadership has zero legal power to initiate (and zero minority votes to enforce) does not project strength. In fact, I'd argue that it risks achieving the exact opposite by highlighting a lack of institutional leverage.

Our leadership's job is to navigate the actual legislative and constitutional tools available to a minority party, not to engage in the kind of media-driven or youtube clickbait messaging that doesn't alter the math in Washington.

Pointing out the strict constitutional and structural limits on what Schumer and Jeffries can achieve isn't an accusation against you. It is simply a reminder that our energy is best spent pushing for strategies that can actually succeed.
