11. I live in Albany County. We are very blue. My suburb is 80/20 blue. We haven't elected a R in well over two

decades. Very often the R’s don’t even put up a candidate. My Congressperson hasn’t had a serious challenge ever, and neither did the Congressman before him. The R candidate can’t even afford to run commercials.

No one even knew who Gillibrand’s opponent was last time she ran.

I have yet to see one ad from Blakeman on TV, just ones that randomly pop up on the tennis “pods” I watch on YouTube.

All the big cities upstate are Blue. Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Albany. Add those to NYC and it’s extremely difficult for a Republican to win statewide elections.

I expect to see a lot of commercials from both candidates in Stefanik’s old district. Saw a lot from both R’s before the primary. They’ll be a lot of money put into that race.
