trashed with her big mouth and misdirected ire.

Given that the couple hosting the event were gay (legally married lesbians, in fact), you don't suppose they wouldn't have EVER discussed these issues in a friendly way at this--or other--venues with members of the WH staff? This couple wasn't playing beanball--they were bundling for the DNC and hosting a low-key, friendly to FLOTUS, no-stress, no-drama, intimate event. That kind of shit, that's easy to do, not too much pushing and shoving, easy-in/easy-out/close to home is stuff that principals like FLOTUS like, and it brings in nice amounts of cash, and that cash not only helps elect Dems, but it buys access. This big mouth moron fucked that up but good for the doctor and her wife.

Tuesday's fundraiser was hosted at the Northwest D.C. home of Dr. Nan Schaffer and Karen Dixon, a lesbian couple whom were legally wed in the Canadian city of Vancouver in 2008. The event was attended by approximately 200 people and tickets for the fundraiser ranged between $500 and $10,000.

There were apparently three other hecklers in the crowd, but they (wisely) kept their mouths shut.

I mean, really. She wants to do some good? I dare her--and her pals-- to go yell at Boehner. That takes guts. Much easier to yell at a politician's wife after fucking over an influential gay couple and jeopardizing their access to lobby for change. Real smart. Not.
