recognized "states rights". That is an old concept fully embraced by the racist, RWers, that was added to the Constitution as a catch-all, and is what fueled overturning Roe, and other things.

The assumption has been that as long as the GOP controls a majority of states, they can continue to go with "states rights" to enforce their draconian agendas.
